Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancel items or orders
You can request a cancellation depending on the status of items in the order.
You may cancel items or orders only if they are yet to enter the shipping process.
If your order has been processed via credit card we are unable to refund the full amount. Because of the cost to process the credit card transaction, the refund will be the amount charged less this fee. This is a cost we absorb when selling an item, however need to recoup if providing a refund. The alternative is to have the full amount as a credit, which can be used for a future order.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are unable to cancel an order and process a refund if your order has shipped and tracking details are available.
